Beyond The Chains is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering formerly incarcerated individuals, supporting impacted families, and helping communities rebuild through hope, resources, and opportunity. Founded on the belief that a person’s past does not define their future, Beyond The Chains creates pathways for restoration, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and successful reentry.
Our mission is to break generational cycles caused by incarceration by providing support, mentorship, education, and community-driven programs that strengthen individuals and families. We are dedicated to helping people move beyond survival and step into purpose, stability, leadership, and success.
Beyond The Chains serves as a safe and empowering space where second chances are embraced, healing is encouraged, and transformation is possible. Through reentry support, family advocacy, business empowerment, and community outreach, we continue to build a movement focused on restoration, resilience, and creating brighter futures beyond the chains.
Jessica Jones is an entrepreneur, advocate, speaker, and transformational leader dedicated to helping individuals and families rise beyond adversity. As the founder and president of Beyond The Chains, Jessica has become a powerful voice for restoration, empowerment, and second chances within impacted communities.
Driven by passion and purpose, Jessica has devoted her life to creating opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals, prison wives, and families rebuilding after incarceration. Through mentorship, community outreach, business education, and reentry support, she continues to inspire others to break cycles, rebuild confidence, and pursue a better future.
With over five years of entrepreneurial experience and more than 200 entrepreneurs trained, Jessica is known for turning pain into purpose and vision into impact. Her work focuses on empowering others through leadership, healing, personal growth, and financial independence while building stronger families and communities.
Jessica’s mission is rooted in hope, resilience, and transformation. Through Beyond The Chains, she continues to create safe spaces, powerful programs, and life-changing support systems that remind people they are greater than their past and capable of building a brighter future beyond the chains.
